I'm reporting this business for numerous of violations and bad business practices
I worked for the store for less than 20 days and in that time I saw the following:

-- when hired I never got any type of employee forms generated nor were w2's fill, no time clock to show I was employeed.

-- staff was getting payed cash. with no records for IRS

-- Everything taken in cash was not taxed and put in a separate book of the money generated within the store. (To avoid reporting taxes)

-- Bought stolen goods to sell for higher profits.
Example Pentium 1 or 2 he sells for $350.00 to $400.00
for $400.00 you can buy a Pentium 4 used with legit windows at other stores or online.

Example: made a deal with some car thiefs on a stolen mercedez and try to make $70.000 and got caught by the police, not very smart, if you want to buy stolen items see him his an expert, has done it several times, but denies to police.

-- Laptops bought never went through the 30 day pawn like is required by the state of Arizona.

-- Customer Systems were taken in and had Pirated Versions of Office 2003,Office 2007, Microsoft Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista. (I was given a burn copy of windows to preload on laptops that came from auctions and were place on the shelf ready to sell, charging customers hundreds of dollars for stuff that was never guaranteed. most of the techs knew and tried to do something but were told they would go prison since we loaded the software, and that he would deny not knowing what was happening if he went to court. techs would be fired if they said anything. made physical threats to them if anything was mention). after I notice he wasn't willing to follow the rules
of microsoft I left the business. this persons only care about the dollar and nothing more, terrible customer service.

I don't Know Elliot, but now I understand why he's not imvolved with this business anymore.
Along this line there is several other individuals who had this terrible experience
from store managers, to regular employees who did not stay long, because of the working conditions the terrible treatment, and fraud and crooked business.

I'm currently working with Microsoft Piracy Department and the Arizona Labor Board along with past employees to make this individual know that it's illegal to pay people less than the minimun wage....and is wrong to do piracy....
