Complaint Review: Imperial Car Computer Exchange

Computer Exchange 100 dollars is way too much to charge for returning a defective computer back to the company that sold it. Cary North Carolina

Two weeks after Imperial Auto I returned their computer, they refunded just ($118). They charged $100 to my account to test and restock.  Will they re-sell the same defective product they had sent to me?  Their clerk will not acknowledge any fault in the equipment they had sent out as having any defect. They refuse to accept the suggested failure as given by the mechanic who installed their defective unit.

Why would anyone waist their time to resaerch for a working product, make a transaction and wait for its' delievery, only to return it for a full refund? This makes no sense. Why return a perfect computer?  The computer they sent does not work in my car. Maybe the next computer I might need from them will but the one they sent does not do the job within the time it was needed.

I feel like I was shoved to the floor not crying after being slapped in the face. If I were not born in the USA, I would have the wrong impression.
