I must admit that their ebay.com store front states that they are selling only Windows pro cd's (64-bit). Their wording is clear. These cd's do not come with a product key. If you buy the cd without the product key, then you are out a product key. The typical retail price for a new product key is at lest $119. There are other sellers that will sell their products with product keys built into the product.
I recommend that you are well considered when buying Windows Pro cd's from this company.
