Complaint Review: COMPUTER WORKS

Yakima Networking is cheaper and have competent staffmembers and they can be even gotten to give you remote assistance to your computer needs.  Not so for the Computer Works located near the horrible Panda Express.  These people are rude money grubbers and they sold me two very bad cords which were not working and had beenon the shelf for a good while.  they sold these cords as new even though I saw them take one cord I returned and place it right back onto the shelf even though they were aware that it did not work.  the cords were for my stereo to use the computer with my amplifier but they did not work.  They refused to take the cords back and told me that I was "dead" so that means that, as a dead person, I have no rights.  Well, I'm taking their assess to federal court for violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 1991.  They will pay because people like this needs to learn a lesson and I don't care if theyhate me but they are hatable. The value of the cord sis 47.00.  the owner wrote me a nasty email and called me an extortionist even though he also called me a neophyte regarding law I have been in the legal business for over thirty years and have the distinction of being the person with themost published cases in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals with eight while the nearest competition is only two, dead or alive.  Don't use this business.
