Complaint Review: Computerized Data Corporation - Tasara Morton

These are some emails that I have sent and had no reply.

I am still receiving numerous responses to the ads that were placed. I am also receiving numerous replies as to applications that were sent in on June 04. As I have personally recruited these persons. They have received no response from Comperized Data Corperation.

At this point I will stop recruiting. I have writen to Comperized Data Corp. on several occasions. I received my welcome letter on 6/04 and it is now 7/30 and I have still yet to receive any compensation or response for the actions that your company has taken.

I have put in a lot of hours posting your ads. In your online policy you stated that all replies will have a prompt reply. I did get a automated response about all applicants new and old are required to send in app/policy signed under the new agreement. My SASE was sent in on the week of 7/16/04 I still have not received a response.

Now I wonder why have you not corresponded with me at all. If you would like I would be more than happy to send you a copy of all the mails. Which are about three.

What do I tell these people as I have personally endorsed your company?
Have I been mislead? You stated that slander of your company would not be tolerated. I have not slandered your company by promoting your ads and seeking compensation for work which has been done.

People are emailing me and threating me about false advertisement. There is a law about sending correspondence to persons weather they asked to receive it or not; providing misleading and false information. These guidelines were set by the FTC.

There has been no update to your site. I have promoted at least three of your assignments.

I have personally endorsed this company by using my own information and posting classifieds. I would like to see compensation for the long hours I put in, the persons I recruited and have now been mislead, and also for defamation of character and slander as I also have other online business that I manage and promote.
