I went in to purchase a laptop for my son after a ad on cragslist that they had laptops for reasonable prices, only when I went they had laptops that were 10 year old and older, PRICED $75.00 LESS THAN A NEW ONE AT BEST BUY!!!! They were rude, and didn't seem to care about the customers needs, if you don't know much about computers don't shop there or you'll get ripped off.
