Complaint Review: Computers4Sure

Bought a Canon i70 printer. C4S offered $100 rebate. After no rebate info came with product called the company and was told I needed to buy a camera. I asked where this information was since there wasn't even an asterisk next to the price. You needed to click on the printer icon to find this detail and nowhere was there any instruction to do so.

I contacted the company twice to protest and was offered the opportunity to return the product for a full refund. I feel I deserve the rebate and shouldn't have to inconvenience myself for their fraudulent website deal. I feel this is fraud because I wouldn't have bought from them if they hadn't misrepresented by hiding this detail.

Needless to say, I will not purchase anything from this vendor again.
