New Lenovo laptop computer purchased through Compuvest. Computer was supplied with Windows 7 Home Premium OS pre-installed, but activation code on sticker under computer had code for Windows 7 Pro.

Several requests were made for some assistance and then after a while they just totally ignored my emails and offered no help whatsoever. I had to buy a new copy of Windows 7 and re-install at an additional cost of $160.

I approached Lenovo for some assistance but they just said it was nothing to do with them. So, after spending nearly $1700 neither of these companies showed any interest at all.
