Complaint Review: Compuvest

Compuvest Sold new, but broken item, refuses to replace yet leaves me with shipping costs! Renton Washington

Compuvest sold a new, but re-boxed printer stand. It arrived, on my UPS account, with broken casters, rendering it useless since the output sling assembly requires casters.

After 17 weeks, several phone calls and emails to Compuvest, I still do not have a useable stand. Following two letters and phone calls to Mastercard, two rebuttals from the merchant, and much time, the charge was reversed by Mastercard.

But, I don't have a usable stand, and am $30 out of pocket due to the shipping cost.
