I have had my domain and hosting for 7 years i have always received messages when it was about to expire the last months never got the message when i went to look my domain and website does not exisist and they seem to have sold my domain to another customer no customer service no way to contact them this is a paper company please be wise do not do business with them as you interests will be affected in the long run as soon as your domain is worth something they will just say it was an error and sell to another.
