Complaint Review: Conardco

Joseph Conard makes promises he does not keep.  He does not regularly check on his crew's work.  His crew displays inadequate knowledge & poor workmanship.  I had to hire someone else to properly install part of the work done by someone hired by Joseph. 

Joseph has promised to do the right thing and reimburse me for having to hire someone else, but has yet to pay me a penny.  He is defensive and horrible to deal with.
