Complaint Review: Conceive easy

I want to warn anyone interested in this product that this is a waste of time and money. I ordered this product and was told that it was canceled. I was refunded my money but was not given an explanation as to why my order was canceled. So I was told it might have been due to a verification process. I decided to go ahead a order the product again knowing that it is limited per house hold and no one in my home has receieved this product. I called the next day to ask about my my order and was told again that it was canceled. They said money was going to be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. I asked Regine ID number M111414 why my order was canceled (juney 28/2016 12:30 pm CST) and she said she did not know why. She said that there is a verifiication process. I asked what is the verification process she said she does not know. I asked who her manager is she said she cannot give out that information. After going back and forth for 10 15 mintues she said she managers name was jenny coleman. I asked for Regines last name she refused to give it to me I asked for her bosses last name she refused to give to me and I repeated myself until she said coleman. I also asked for her jenny colemans ID and she said she is not sure if she can give it to me then she finally gave me jenny coleman M111400 I asked to speak to her and she said that the managers are outbound specialists only and that she can have her call me. I said you are being unprofessional  get me to a manager. Thie Regine continued to refuse!!!!! Finally I said let me speak to another associate she said I cannot do that. I said put someone else on the phone that can explain to me why I am not getting my product. Its not like my card was declined. She was like we will refund your money in 7 to 10 days. I literally had to call chase and cancel my card. These calls are recorded and this trick was unprofessional and could not give me an explanation about nothing and refused to get me to a manager a team lead or another associate. I asked about the verification process again she said another department handles that I asked to be transferred and she said she cannot do that that this department does not take incoming calls. BEWARE these people are out to steal your money and its a blessing my "order" was canceled for whatever reason that was. If you want to get pregnant stick with pregnitude a REAL company!
