On May 14 2002, I purchased a 1998 Saturn SL2 for Concord Autoplex in Lewisville Texas. With this purchase I also bought a Warranty(Or Service Agreement) for $1000 which is shown on the Buyers Order. To date, the Warranty has not been put into effect. I have contacted a Mr. Ya Ya at Concord and also have contacted the Warranty Company. Mr. Ya Ya has promised me on many occasions this has been taken care of but the warranty company does not have any payment from Concord. Also, The warranty says any problem pre-existing will not be covered, since I have bought the car the transmission has begun slipping badly.

Resolution Requested:

1. The warranty be put in force immediately.
2. Anything not covered by the warranty because of pre-existing be paid for by Concord. The repair work will be done at a service center of my choosing.

First of all, in case you haven't read other posts on this site, no one really cares if you DO have a great rating through the Better Business Bureau. All companies that pay the BBB have great ratings...how did you think they were rated? Our company is not BBB rated. When we need to give references, we hand out a list of satisfied customers and let them do the talking. And we don't have to pay them to say nice things about us. Secondly, I don't think David was complaining that anything was taken out of his Packet. I believe you mean his pocket, as in money. If you did resolve David's complaint, perhaps David will step up and post the same here. If you did not resolve the problems, I'm sure David would be glad to post that as well.

MR DAVID HAD PURCHES THE WELL CONDTION SATURN FORM CONCORD AUTOPLEX INC LEWISVILLE TX HE WAS TREATED FAIR AND GOOD TO EVERY THING HE REQUESTED MORE ..AND WE EVEN WAS THERE FOR HIM WHEN HE FAMILY NEED HELP WITH ANY OTHER REAPAIR HE NEEDS IT SUCH US CHANGEING TIRE AND OIL CHANGES...IF THER WAS ANY PROBLEM HE MIGHT HAVE WAS WITH THE WARRANTY COM DINING HIS CLAIM AND THE BALNCE WAS PAID BY CONCORD AUTOPLEX INC.. NO PENNY WAS OUT OF DAVID PACKET...IF THER WAS ANY QUESTION TO THIS MATTER PLEASE GIVE US A CALL ,,, WE HAVE OUTSTANDING FILE WITH BBB
