Complaint Review: Concord Financial Investments

In april 2017, I hit rock bottom and needed help. I applied to many loans only to be turn down. Got a missed phone call and an email Amber Davidson @ Concord financial investments , stating that i had been approved for an 8,000 loan. She stated I needed to pay the first 3 months because I didnt have collateral $450.00. I asked her if this was legit, she sent me an email of the contract through DocuSigns. Signed and emailed it back. I told her its my birthday weekend and I was going out of town and I said I will be broke after I send the money. She reassured me that this loan is legit. She gave me the senders info for Western Union. This was on a thursday. She said they would be closed friday for the Good Friday holiday and that they will be open Saturday, ill get my money then. I said okay. So saturday i called Amber stating that I haven't received the funds. She stated let me check with the "Legal" department to see whats going on. She called me back hours laters stating that I had to pay the 8% tax on the loan which was about $680. I said I don't have any more money. She says she didn't know it was written in the contract and she didnt see that, I didnt see it either. I went back and checked and it was there. She says shes sorry and said she would issue a refund. 10 to 15 business days she says. So its been a month and still NO refund. I call and call and no answer, it just rings and rings then to voicemail. I called today to speak to a different representative and the same thing no answer. I hate that there are creatures out here doing that. I was skeptacle about it, I shouldve known better. Do your research people!! My birthday was RUIN!!!
