I am a single 58 year old attractive female,self-employed,christian female who moved into this Murdock Circle Community April 2010. The first day I moved in my mentally impaired neighbor Thad walked into my apt talking crazy stuff and left. One week later he started banging on the door in agitation and I opened the door , he started getting aggressive, standing there in broad daylight 4:30 p.m. undressed only in this underwear going into a tangent calling me names and trying to grab my chest I pushed him out, I was scared and angry, The manager was called, She was supposed to handle it but alas he did this again.

When I moved in here, Eight important things were never discussed or told to me, like you have to come up 125.00 deposit and get gas to have hot bathing water be able to cook and dry your clothes. Guess what for 2 weeks I could not do either. Then the rule that at 10 p.m. you can not use dishwasher or clothes dryer, so the horrific door banging started by crazy Thad a sexual predator and harrasser. Called the police on me, I would not answer the door. I called my boss he heard it and will testify it lasted for an hour. Then every night after that thugs that Jennifer Kidwell rented apts to close to mine, have been attempting to run me out by kicking,banging and terrorizing my front door at least every 2 hours waking me up, I  have to sleep in a tiny hot bathroom, with earplugs and ,shooting muffs to deter the sound.

She lied numerous times about helping to stop this abuse on myself She promised me that she would hire the guards all night instead until 2:30 a.m The attacks  occur from 3a.m until 3p.mevery day.These men are professional thugs that she knows that are here.I put necessary signs onthe door to stop them from doing this to me.The security guard told me it was okay to put an alarm up. The predators moved the alarm and it went off and upset the neighbors So they called the sheriff on me and I told the 2 men my circumstances, They w ere very nice to me and told me that this place is a dump. That he mine as well live here there is so much turmoil here. I hired a fantastic security guard on my own, this is organized crime because he could not catch these men with professional surveillance and abtain evidence we so needed to have police and courts restrain this activity.

So This woman knocks<Jenifer Kidwell> on my door and hands me a 7 day notice of Non-Compliance She lied and documented that I am causing unreasonable disturbances on the premises by engaging in actions including making verbal threats to neigbors as well as posting signs on my front door threatening messages directed at other residents disturbing the peaceful quiet enjoyment for other residents.This is a direct termination of my rental agreement and it has been provided by this concord I am not allowed to protect myself, to  do what I needed to do to stop this problem she is responsible for. Now she and Thad turned against me because he I know is a leader in the crime element in this complex. The daily door banging wakes him up.

The secuity guard said when he was watching the door he was up at 4;30 a.m. looking at his vehicle, came out turned around and went back in. No one calls the police when they witness the door attacks. These people laugh, gang up on me every night , I have no peace, they are ruthless,trafficking narcotics and scaming tenants like me to force them out of our apts and concord keeps a fortune in deposits plus 1000.00 fine. Help me, I can hardly stand this abuse and cruelty on me . I can't catch them, I am broke and tired. They hump on the door also. Everyone here is afraid of Jennifer because they are being thrown out of here left and right. Please I cannot afford an attorney, you are my only option. She fired  a long time security person because he was telling people what was really going on here, like drugs, prostitution and scams like they are pulling on me.

Called home offices in Maitland desperately looking for help. so I get threatened for eviction. My neighbor hears the banging also, Her name is Deborah. She got one of these Non-Compliance letters also.I dred going to bed at night, can't sleep in my own bedroom, my back hurts from having to sleep on the floor,have to take sleeping aids at least 4 a night to be able to sleep through the noise, I have suffered because of this managements negligance, deceit and abuse. I pay my rent on time I am a good person and a helping hand,nothing is done to unmarried couples cursing screaming and abusing eachother walking up and down the walkways. causing disturbance after hours.If necessary I will be evicted I have no where to go with 2 cats and all my belongings.
