Complaint Review: 518 concrete

I hired this business to put in concrete pads for dog kennels, 4 feet apart . They did not do this. They miscalculated and put in too few drains. They also did not smooth the surface for the dogs feet making it dangerous for animals. When asked about this after much debate and no apology he never returned to fix his mistake!!! On a side note the workers he used stole my driveway stones for the concrete pad!

He promised to replace amd never did. And when I came home from Walmart his workers were loading my John Deere tractors onto a flatbed and stealing them!!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes! I told them it was unacceptable.

Now the owner is blocking our calls and refusing to finish the job or return my stones! Very unprofessional! Because of this, since he will not come back I am seeking a refund since the job was not done correctly and it will cost more money to have these pads removed and have someone else redo correctly
