Conejo Valley Neighborhood For Learning aka CVNFL is not the place for your pre-schooler.

If you are on a budget and qualify for state funding, this program must be ideal; as near 80% of children seem to be a part of it. However, If you are a family that can afford private tuition for daycare, please go elsewhere! Conejo Valley Neighborhood For Learning, Janet Fleming and Francis Kurowski have created a state-funded operation, run through public school district, and backed and protected through so many bureaucratic channels that it makes it unbelievably hard for any recourse.

BE WARNED and take your child to another program!!

As of this day – three months later and after several requests for a parent-teacher conference - my child’s teacher, Gina Hernandez, decided to send in the assistant teacher to handle the situation. However, Francis Kurowski, Conejo Valley Neighborhood For Learning school’s administrator, found it more important to sweep my concerns under the rug. She found her schedule and leaving on time to be of more importance than discussing our child’s potty training and curriculum. Let it be noted, I have spent more than $20,000.00 in daycare fees up to this point and it's my opinion that Conejo Valley Neighborhood For Learning is just a baby sitting compound not a place of developement. Janet Fleming and Francis Kurowski are running a virtual mill and Gina Hernandez is protected by the teacher’s union and knows that being in the affiliated group dictates that she go through the motions, rather than embrace her position.
