The insurance policy we purchased in 1997 from Mass. Gen. was sold to Conesco and now it is our understanding to Wilco Insurance. We have paid $101.50 for a mere $100,000 life ins. payment in the event of Charilie's passing; enough to cover a small loan and to bury him.

Since July 17, 2017, we have been getting letters saying our account is in a grace period unless money is paid. We have sent them the monies they are requesting to keep the policy alive. However, we are also being told our premiums have risen to over 200% . My husband has been on the phone with several of their representatives to understand to get a better understanding of what is going on. Everyone has a different answer.

They have not only been withdrawing our $101.50 each month, but also deleting any cash value we had gained during the years without any information provided to us so we could make a decision what would be in our best interest. Please help. I have read up on all their unhappy reviews and we are just another case with some kind of unfair, unlawful policy procedures.

Please advise how to pursue this in the event we have an opportunity to be with part of a class action suit, or at the very least be entitled to some kind of monetery reimbursement. To have paid all this money, thinking we were doing the responsible think for our family, is making me sick. Please help and advise.
