There's a lot of red flags that should have been seen: winner a prize in a contest you didn't win; wanting you to keep the information secret; having to donate part of your winnings.
Please tell us that you didn't send money or bank information to these people. If you sent money it's probably long gone and you won't see it again. It you sent bank information, I'd advise you to close your account and open a new one so they can't take any money.
