Congretation Beit Harvierm has not given me a credit back on my credit card Vernon Hills Illinois
i signed my child up for sunday school on sep 12th 04
on sep 13th i called them and asked for a credit on my
crdit card, because a family member took a turn for the worst health wise. i was told that after the hollidays the credit would be done, so i was patient for many weeks, after the holidays i made another call to the business, and the rabbi answered the phone i asked him again why the credit wasen't done and he said that the office manager only works part time but will get it done.
again i said ok two more weeks went by and i kept calling my crdit card to find out if a credit was done, and they told me no nothing yet. so i asked them what could i do, and they said we can send you a dispute form and you can dispute the charge.
it's funny how a charge can go on the crdit card in a matter of seconds, but to receive a credit takes forever.
very bad business ethics!!!
