I purchased a side by side refridgerator from this company and was given four defective refridgerators in less than a week. To make a long story short, customer service, all the way to the CEO has a lot to be desired. Not only were my wife and I treated with disrespect as a 1st time customer with defective merchandise, we could not get any help getting our money back. You see, Conn's , DOES NOT LIKE TO GIVE MONEY BACK.

On the 2nd,replacement that cost us hundreds of dollars more and a service contract that I could of cared less about, we thought our problems were resolved. They weren't.

We begged for our money back,still have not got money for food spoiled from the first refridgerator,or a phone call from the CEO. We have been conned at CONN'S. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE,not unless you want to deal with incompetant idiots.

After my own efforts of calling everyone on the management team I got the price of my refridgerator back and my service contract. However, I am still waiting on my three hundred dollars on food spoilage.

If anyone ever has a problem with this store, report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, since they are members. I have already done this and am looking for COMPLETE SATISFACTION as a consumer.

By the way , my new refridgerator came from SEARS and is running perfectly.They will treat you as a valued customer unlike CONN'S.
