Complaint Review: Conn's

This company rips people off. We have had this account for almost 2 years, and have paid all but $300 on a $2000 item. We have never been late or missed a payment.

We keep getting promotional codes and our line of credit has been increased!!! However, we can't buy anything new because we do not have a home phone!!! This is absurd!!!

What about the rapport that we have built? Doesn't matter. We have 3 cell phones that we can be contacted on. That doesn't matter either! The only thing they are concerned with is whether or not we have a home phone!!!

The sales people all look like washed up used car salesmen. They know nothing about the products they sell, and the managers, lol, what a joke!!!

Do not buy anything from them the interest rates are too high, and oh yeah, don't move or just use cell phones, you will never get credit there again, just credit offers, promising you discounts!!!!!!!!!
