Conn's Customer Service is non existence Plano Texas

Less than a month after buying a washing machine it stopped working. I called customer service to schedule a repair tech to come out. I was told it would be a week before anyone could come out. I explained had a washing machine full of soapy water and clothes. The answer I got was go to a laundry mat.

I was shocked after spending as much as I had. So I called the store and of course no manager was available. The sales person suggested I call the manufacture and see if they could come out. I called Whirlpool and they sent out a Maytag repair man since they are one big happy family now. The repair tech said it was fixed.

Wrong. Since then Maytag came out two more times and suggested I call the store where I purchased the machine from and explain the problem. I again called and was again told to contact the manufacture. Again, I called Maytag who ordered a part and two weeks later replaced the part and said if I had the problem again to call Conn's and see if another machine could be ordered to replace this one.

Luckily this fixed the issue because Conn's is useless once the equipment is in your home. They wanted nothing more to do wth the problems. Sorry I took out the extended warrenty because I am sure if less than a month there is a problem with no help that in a year they will be no help.
