 I get 18 to 20 calls a day from conn's. They called me while in ICU fighting for my life and were told so and they continued to call. They were informed that computer /mac were defective. Said would send someone out. Well that never happened. Again I have only one eye, both hands are inoperable at this time and could be up to 2 years to get full use. Plus have internal bleeding in 2 locations, which have not been resolved at this time. They were told numerous times to please come get the merchandise and their response was we don't want the defective items back. I have lost and missed calls from my Dr 's / Nurse's trying to get in touch with me. I'm 61, disabled and not in the best of health. They are rude, condescending, talk over you and treat you like a 5 year old. The stess they have caused me has come to having my meds increased. I need my phone for my Dr's and nurse's to be able to reach me. I just want the harassment to stop.
