OK my boyfriend and i have had this compact refrigerator for 4 months now. I called last month on the 16th and wanted to get the fridge serviced. They told me they couldn't because there was a service plan in effect. They told me that meant that i was to get another refrigerator.

I explained that all I needed was for them to just fix the freezer handle cause it broke off. Four days Later i get told to call the manufacture of the fridge and they sent me the part. Meanwhile i have to wait ten business days funs times huh... then i called the person who sold it to my boyfriend and i and got the numbers to who i could complain to and the ecommerce number for conn's and they explained to me that the frige was a non-serviceable item so i would have to return it.

I told them i got the part ordered but i wanted to complain about getting the run around, so i called and complained and so on i got an were sorry and such... got the part and discovered that i can't put it on there cause it's chipped where it would snap on to. So called and told the store got a name of who to talk to spoke to another person in the department and told them what i was told by e commerce and was told to take the refrigerator back. so that we could switch it out so we were going to take it yesterday and before we left i called to make sure the person was there that we had to talk to he was there.

He told me after i told him my boyfriend had the fridge in the car ready to switch out that he needed to put it back. so my boyfriend did put it back though he wasn't to happy about it. so we did after that we went to the store cause we where suppose to get the paper work started and then we are told to find a frige of equal value. we of course tried and faled because they didn't have any and they wanted us to paymore money or the difference of another one that was waymore then what we paid in the first place.

We both told them no why should we when it's your company's fault that they won't fix it and all the trouble we went through to even find out they wouldn't is enough to not charge us extra. We got lied to and the person didn't want to not charge us so here we are. Serveral managers later and customer service run around lies and excuses.Voice mails and messages later so beware this company is full of lairs and they will not honor anything they say they will.

yes they fixed it finally after so many weeks of fighting with them. Works good now and go figure they had the door part all along stupid people suck. anyway if anyone has any problems with conn's call the president of the company then things get worked out. Keep bothering them till they call you back or finally answer the phone.

After Endless calls to the president of sales or the campany i should say i have gotten them to come and fix the frigerator so lets see if they fix it. Now i will update again and let everyone know if they did it or not hope that this whole thing ends soon. I am tired of talking to these annoying people. who seem to think they can be smart a**** with people.
