Conn's Nothing but lies! Amarillo Texas

I was in the process of moving and called to see if my local Amarillo store offered moving services because I didn't want to damage my furniture. I was told by the employee that answered the phone that they did not and then when I asked if any damage would be covered under my repair plan if I moved them myself she said yes. During the move one of the rocker arms on my love seat was bent and now the right side leans too much. There were also a couple of tears in the fabric of both my couch and love seat and a piece broke off of the the fold down table on the couch. I requested to use my repair plan and someone was sent out. He repaired the table and tried to adjust the rocker arm but said he'd have to order parts and it would take a couple of weeks. After not hearing back from anyone I HAD to call the customer service department to find out the repair was being declined. Apparently moves are not covered under the repair plan. I explained to the rep that that was not what I was told by the local store and they basically told me tough luck. I called the store again to speak with a manager but before I let them know what the issue was I again asked if damage during a move was covered. Again I was told yes but that I needed to "word it right". I'm assuming that means they wanted me to lie. I do have them on recording now essentially saying the same thing about "wording". I spoke with the manager and he offered to escalate it to a service manager by email. I called back for 4 weeks straight and he said they never even responded. At this point I had started receiving harassing calls about paying my bill. I decided to voluntarily turn in my furniture. When I spoke with a manager in the service department by the name of Cale (not sure on spelling) he advised me not to turn them in yet and he would speak with the main supervisor of the servicing department and call me back within 20 minutes. It's been over a week now and I have still not received a call back. I have however received more harassing phone calls and representatives telling me it is my fault that I've been dealing with this for almost 2 months now and I should still pay my bill. Well I'm not going to pay for damaged items that I was told would be covered especially when half the repairs were made but somehow the other half are not covered. I FINALLY got someone to accept the fact that I wanted to return my items only to be told now there was another issue. I purchased a mattress a year after I purchased my couches but the representative who sold them to me (his name is Eric and now he's a manager) combined them together somehow. I was not aware of this and now they're requiring me to turn in ALL of my items. This is completely unacceptable. I'm not sure what kind of training your representatives go through but they have outright lied to me and also have told me to outright lie to the service department. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, forwarding my recordings and other call records to my lawyer, and making sure that I tell as many people as possible about the shady practices of not only your local store but your company as a whole.
