Complaint Review: Conn's

When you buy a TV from Conn's and it goes out after the 10 day return policy, you must call Samsung 1-800-726-7864. Samsung has 21, working days, to find a repair company. My problem, I am out of area. I did my own investigation and found a company who would pick up and repair my three week old 46" LCD TV. They had it about a week, brought it back, the whole computer board had gone out. It was brought to my attention that Samsung is having a lot of issues with some of their new Models.
