Complaint Review: Conn's

Conn's Talked to several individuals including a mngr about my defective product and just received the run around still have yet to hear from anyone l Waco Texas

i received credit and bought a sectional from conns three months ago  and within the first two weeks the couches were sagging as if they were years old so i called conns about the problem and it took them 3 weeks to come out and do their so called repair. then i put in a help desk ticket a week later due to the same problem. i also called the mngr at conns in reguards to the same problem a week later he informed me that he would see what could be done about the problem and never heard back from him. i have called everyone from the store to the credit dept to the warranty dept to try and get this resolved and still have yet to get the repair so i decided to do some research online and found this...in hopes to get somewhere
