I bought a 32" Sylvania plasma TV from Conn's in Harlingen Texas in March. Just 1 month and 2 days after I bought it the TV stopped working. After several weeks of calling customer service they finally came out to look at it on June 10th. They techs were very professional for the 1 1/2 minutes they were here. They said they would call me back that afternoon that has been 8 days now. The store Manager Art Flores told me if it was a manufacturers defect he would exchange it for me then he changed his tune and said he does not have the authority. Well I finally went to another TV store to replace the one I bought at Conn's. That says a lot for this self descriptive store. Just today 6/18 I am told that the president of the company needs to approve the replacement of my TV and that could take another 3 to 6 weeks for that to happen. Yet my payment is expected on or before the due date I was told. I guess next time I wanna go buy a car I should go to a car lot names Lemons or if I wanna go buy food go to a store called Spoiled!
