Conn's Well I found out today the Conn's lives up to there name, I have been making my payments faithfully & purchased an additional fridge. June bill was paid as of 5/19/11 next bill due July,but since I ad Hurst, Texas
On May 23rd I went to purchase another fridge, now keep in mind that I already had an account with them I pay my bill faithfully and on time. When I went on May 23rd I had already paid for June which they recd May 19th. But because I purchased an additional fridge I am to pay for June again. So not only did I pay $95.11 for June under the old account and now when they added the fridge they gave me a new acount and was told that they took the $95.11 & applied it to the principal. So they want an additional $74.00. When I asked then take the $95.11 deduct the $74 and the diference refund the monies or ask me if I want it to the principal. I was told "no" . So watch out I will be also reporting them to BBB..... So if you purchase anything with Conn's finish paying first before adding to it for they will rip you off! High way robbery

Im thinking about starting a company and calling it "Thieves".
Im gonna bring over these managers from "Conn's"!
