Connect My DNA Purchased Kit from Groupon, sent it in and NEVER got results! Fairfield Ohio

Purchased the "Connect my DNA" kit from Groupon and sent in my "sample" in mid September.  I never received my results after the 4 week waiting period.  I called in Early december to inquire about the results.  I had to leave a message, but just before Thanksgiving someone emails me (there was no full name attached to the email) and tells me that they emailed me to say that "my sample was not able to be processed" and that I had to submit another sample.  I never saw this email until they included it in the email to respond to me! All of this correspondence is via email by the way.

I said, "I never received this email" and it had already been nearly 2 months so I just wanted a refund.  I was told that they could not give me a refund because the 14 day notice had passed.  I was like, "i never got this email that stated you couldn't process my sample!" The guy kept addressing me as a different name, which irritated me, but I insisted that he refund my money because i was never notified and he refused.  

I would NEVER use this company again for anything...deal or no deal! They suck at customer service and they are doing a hack job of processing samples.  

Never Again!!!!
