Complaint Review: Connect Televison

First of all the technicians that came to my house did not know what they were doing they were trainees. They were on my roof for three hours until their supervisor came out. Then the supervisor tells my husband that the roof was damaged because we have termites. How would he know, is he a termit expert? The investigator came out the next day and he said there isn't anything wrong with the roof it is clear its a brand new roof, we just had the roof put on two months ago. And he was sure they would fix it for us. Now I get a letter from Connect Televison that they are not responsible for the damage and they will not be fixing my roof.
