Complaint Review: Connect3D - buy.com

I bought 4 SD cards made by this company from Buy.com. All with various amount of rebates, totaled $150. The prices were overly high without the rebates.

In May by the time the rebate payments were due, the toll number, the only contact info on the rebate form, played only a recording saying the rebates from Buy.com were all transferred to a third party for processing, and the status would be notified on 5/30. It never came.

I emailed the only email address on their website (no customer service contact info which is odd), the only response I got was from their Europe support site which claimed that the US part was not related and had stopped trading. Their phone soon went dead.
This was a new company trading on Buy.com or any other online shopping sites in Feb. It seemed to cease in existence in a short 3 month period. I think this is a fraudulent trading company, scamming customers.

This is obviously a company set up to scam customers. Starting in lat Jan. on buy.com, and "died" in late May. I am holding buy.com fully responsible. We should all get together to have buy.com pay.
