Connect3D Does not pay $50 rebate San Jose California

Connect3D have systematically ignored our contract agreement regarding a rebate and any attempt of communication. On the first week of February 2007 I sent Connect3D a form for a $50.00 rebate which was delivered to your facilities on 2:47 PM February 13. (Tracked). The rebate corresponds to the purchase of 'C3D 4007' rebate code '1/25-2/25 2GUSB' on Buy.com.

Answering my first request Connect3D replayed instructing me to wait 6-8 week for processing and gave me a Claim ID.

A protest for the failure to submit the rebate was made by fax and e-mail on Monday, May 14, 2007 06:40 PM without any answer.

By today, 115 days have passed (more than 16 weeks) and the status of the claim as shown in the website rebate-zone.com/Connect3D is still "Received, Submission is being processed".

The rebate form includes a Phone number (408 4414632). There, a recording machine tells me to wait until May 13 for an e-mail from an outsourced rebate company. I have not received such email by today, 26 after the date mentioned on the phone. There is also no way to get someone to talk with.

Many other people complains in forums that Connect3D is not honoring the rebates on time.
