Connect3D Rebate Ripoff! failed to send rebate checks San Jose California
Buy.com sold me a Connect3D brand 1 GB SD Memory card for $30 with a $30 manufacturer rebate and another Connect3D 512Mb SD Memory Card for $20 with a $20 manufacturer rebate in February 2007. I received confirmation of my rebates from Connect3D via email on March 29, 2007.
Customer Service telephone number is just a standard recording saying that rebates will be processed by a third party. No further information is given and there is no way to contact a real person. Emails are ignored.
It's been 4 months and no rebates have been issued by this company.
