Complaint Review: Connect3D

I bought a memmory card at buy.com. I was supposed to get a $30.00 rebate. I sent all documents and I have recived an e-mail saying that my documents were recived and are being processed. The e-mail said that I should get my rebate check wthin 6-8 weeks.

However, it has been 6 month since I recived that e-mail and still did not recieve the check. The phone number that is given on the website is nonexisent. Moreover, one cannot send them an e-mail because they don't have one. They have sent their e-mail to me from a website Connect3DCustomerService and so there is no way you can reply.

They wanted me to send all originals which I did. But I made photocopy of every single item that I sent.
