As an entrepreneur and investor myself, I hate having to write this. Because I know how difficult it can be to deal with customers. And I know there's a lot of questionable complaints against companies on this site. But I also know there are a lot of lmclear cut ones. But overall this site has value when it comes to helping consumers, so.

Ultimately I also know my complain against Connected Investors is legit, but I take full responsibility for allowing myself to be duped by these people and I hope this post will help somone. I paid 297 plus $37 to be a member of their site and a user of their software on 10/10/18 with a 3 day money back refund.

So in 10/12 I tried to cancel for refund by going to my membership area. When I clicked to cancel, I got a message saying I needed to call or email. So I immediately emailed them. Got no response after two days past. So I then called them and got their third party answering service.

Gave them the reason for my call and provided them with my contact info that they forwarded to CI. Still have heard nothing back and I've also called three other times since then. SMH So at this point I'm pretty disappointed and pissed.

Right now I think my only option is to call the attorney general's office and file a complaint. I just don't understand some people. It's like they have a need to be self destructive. Here you have a shiny red apple company that on the outside appears legit, but on the inside it's rotten. So buyer beware.
