Skip Trace had fake or obsolete contact info of homeowners, Their system w alerts were scarce, they DO NOT refund and you MUST KNOW HOW TO DISPUTE w the credit card co's. Don't wait past 30 days, put EACH complaint in the initial complaint. Followup letters or requested updates are limited to ONLY what they ask.
