This company actually had the nerve to take money right from my credit card and collect money from my bank without my knowledge and authorization. They claimed that they were charging me for a membership. One that i did not even know existed. I was neither asked nor given information on a membership for $199. i was not even asked! When contacted, this company claimed that I had an account with them simply because i had purchased things from them in the past. They did not even admit what they did.

My credit card had not been used in at least 5 months. We had to contact the bank because one day my huband and i discovered a discrepancy in what should be in the account and what should not be. my card had been inactive for a period of at least 5 months. it was clear to the bank that this particular company collected money for their own pockets with out me being aware of it. another thing that made me angry is that you cannot even locate their address on the internet or relevant company information.
