We purchased our home in 2011 and with the inspection we were offered home security for 3 months free and then a good monthly rate.  Of course we jumped on it like fools without doing much research on the company (poor buyer responsiblity, I admit, but never again).  The contract was for 3 years.  In our second year we discovered that the company simply stopped billing us nor had we ever received word from them regarding anything.  Our credit card was not changed so there was no valid reason why the company would stop billing us.  We attempted on serveral occassions to reach out to them to no avail.  We received (and still receive to this day which is harassment) automated call "checking the connection" or some crap like that.  So since my home had no working alarm for serveral months and my family needed to feel secure I was left with no other option than to go with another alarm company.  A person has to protect their family and when an alarm company does not come through for you, that leaves you feeling unsafe.

We have still since been trying to contact this Connective Home company with no  luck so that we can stop receiving their calls and being harrassed.  My husband finally was able to get through to someone, after several months of trying, and was told that he needed to write a letter.  He did so and sent it that day.  Months later we are still receiveing this "courtesy" calls to check the home connection and have still not resolved this headache of a nightmare.  I cannot believe that this company has not been shut down.  I decided to make one last call, last week, and some guy John C. claimed he never got an e-mail from my husband.  He said that he needed to speak with his boss, Nick (I think that was his name) and that he would call me back that day... needless to say, that I am still waiting for his call.

My next step is posting complaints on as many wesbites as possible and contacting the BBB.  I just want to warn as many customers as possible to not buy their security system through Connective Home Security as they are nothing but a headache and a scam.  I cannot stress enough - Buyer Beware!!!!!!
