ConnectNow USA Fraudulent RIPOFF Unauthorized Use Rude Customer Service Internet
I recieved a overdrawn notice from my bank of a payment for $34.90. I called the bank and they said this was done on the phone. I NEVER give out my info. on the phone, so I know I did not do this. I was contacted by a company on the phone and hung up on them twice.The bank basically called me a lair.
I contacted the company and they said I would recieve a check in 14 plus days. STILL WAITING! After this 2 other unauthorized charges were on my bank- 1 paid -1 not, the bank was unsure what the unpaid one was.(STUPID BANK)
After talking with customer service and being unsatified, I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told none was available, this was as good as it gets.
This company calls and tells you ,you have been register in a high dollar drawing since you have a credit card,I HAVE DONE!!
I WANT NOTHING THEY HAVE TO OFFER AND THEN GET CHARGED FOR THEIR SERVICE THEY ARE OFFERING FREE! even when I gave then no info I was charged. PEOPLE BE WARE!!!!!
