Connie Brown was hired to come to my business in Oct. 2011 to set-up QuickBooks and provide training. She promised to teach me and an employee all the ins-and-outs, including vendors, invoices, reports, online bank downloads, and how to write checks. We covered vendors. She then left taking the check for $317 after promising to come back 4 days later for another session in which we would cover the rest of the material. She claimed to live "just right down the street" and was always available for questions via telephone. Haven't seen her since.

A couple days later we confirmed the follow-up session via e-mail. She no-showed without any word. We waited for two hours. We gave her the benefit of the doubt because she seemed so enthusiastic and nice. This happened two more times over the next three weeks. Same story, confirmed a new session via e-mail, but never showed up. No call, no text, no e-mail to cancel the session. We have wasted a lot of time and money for nothing. Connie Brown is a rip-off. I am trying to find a physical address for her so I can file a suit for a refund in small claims court. It is less about money than it is about honesty and integrity.
