Conns appliances Thought i was buying a new tv. It was used and wasnt working. Correctly San antonio Texas

Conns contacted me, told me I can come in to get a 55 in 4k tv for 150 down. Tv starting acting up upon watching it the same day. Contacted conns i told i would get a phone call tomorrow. Nothing no phone call. Contacted the tv manufacturer and nothing. Waited a couple of days and nothing. Took the tv back they wanted to trade tvs and charge me a 15% restocking fee. Said no just give me back my 150. Well theres a charge to that as well. They took the tv amd gave my back 37$. I go home with no tv and 37$ outta 150. Come on man they dont know if i sold my old tv to come up with the 150 to give to them. Then come home with 37$ and no tv. Wth
