I purchased a mattress set from CONNS 02/14/2009 ( QUEEN SET), AND THE SET IS DEFECTIVE. THEY SENT a Mario OUT TO INSPECT THE MATTRESS, AND HE SAID THERE IS SOMETHING DEFINATELY WRONG WITH THE MATTRESS, BUT, ALL HE COULD DO IS SUBMIT THE REPORT.

I have yet to talk to anyone,I call at least 3 times a week, and I am always promsied someone will call me back, and they never do.I paid $617.00 for the set of bad mattress, and I think they should replace them, or refund my money,
