I purchased a coputer 3 months ago and the wireless internet has failed. The computer has a 1 year warranty so my wife returned it to Conns as instructed by Conns. The lady who received it at Conns said she bought the same computer and had the same problem with hers. A couple of days to by and I get a call that my hard drive has to be wiped out to fix the problem and I will have to pay for them to do so. I refuse to pay to fix a product that is under warranty.

The computer has only been used by my wife and the kids are not allowed to touch it so there has been no abuse. I went to talk to the manager and the assistant was there what a joke. The guy doesn't even want to look up the information and he starts making excuses and saying there is nothing he can do that he is not the service department. What a jerk I have seen a lot of information about class action lawsuits on the company I would never recommend these crooks to anyone I guess I know where the name comes from.
