Conns gave run around about replacing defective item even under the warranty, company continued to lie about how they were handling situation Houston Texas

I've been calling conn's since oct 2008. I would schedule appointments, take off work and then find out that an appointment wasn't scheduled... but the csr I talked too had given me a time and date. Finally in november someone came out and said they would replace it in dec. Dec's appt came and noone showed up, they scheduled for the 1st week in jan. Again they didn't show up, I call conn's, they tell me noone scheduled anything and now appointments go through some company they contracted. This company comes out mid jan 09 and says conns needs to come out and replace the equipment. I even called corporate because I couldn't even get a call back from conns. Soon after I did that I heard from gerald a week later. We have called conns about 85 times if not more. The manager gerald thibideaux has made several promises to help but never returns calls, and gives me the same run around. Says another company has to come out, the conns needs to come out etc. A conns rep came out in april and the 2nd to last week in may and called gerald to inform him again to send warehouse guys out and I still have not received that. When I call I get sent to his voicemail. Conns is a con. I will never purchase another item again.

Its July 20 2012, and we too are having the same problem as you and 100s others. They tell us they will be there on Friday, then dont show up. I will start an email blast, and get the word out. Also will send flyers out. The public needs to know about their warranty
