Conns Have a new recliners purchased from conns and extended warranty purchased. They are tried to repair on 6 different occasions and they are coming out again tomorrow. The chair slants yo the right. The right side is about 4" lower than the left side. They replaced the rocker frame and they add new foam every visit. It is very uncomfortable. I have 2 recliners bought at the same time and only 1 is defective. They tell me it is normal wear. Why did i pay for extended warranties if they are not going to make good. Rosharon Texas
Send the same guy out everytime and he has done all he can do. Conns is refusing to make good on the item.
