I Bought a 1700 dollar tv with extended warranty after purchase it was broken between them Reboxing it and loading it into my truck. Unknowingly to me. They refuse to exchange it or have extended warranty purchased with tv repair it claiming physical damage even though they were the ones that handled it while I was told to go get my truck And loaded it in my truck. Store manager Ian Byington told me it was fine when I left with it and there's nothing he's going to do about it call customer service and see if they care because I don't. When I asked for the district managers number he said call customer service I'm done with you, and walked away. I Called Customer Service while in the store and was told a corporate manager would return my call within 24 hours, after 48 I emailed them to inquire on the situation and have gotten no response and calls to customer service always lead to them saying they will return my call but never do.
