We Purchased a LG french door refrigerator from Conns in Arlington Tx 10/22/2014. We have had to call Conns 5 times to send out a repair tech to see why OUR expensive $3,500 Refrigerator stop getting cold and it stop making Ice.

I have called Conns everyday starting Monday 2/28/2017 leaving several voicemails for two different Supervisor one name is (Marilyn) and neither one have returned my calls. This is poor customer service. Conns employees that they have answering the calls seem like my problem with no Refrigerator is not a BIG ISSUE. Why does it take 4 days for a repair man to come and repair or fix the issue. I guess Conns only have 1 repair person.

  Yes they pay $150.00 for my food going bad but thats not enough. I would like Conns to replace my refrigerator.
