Conns They had not apply previous payment to my account, other payment coupons are missing Jackson Ms

Conns had contacted me about a past due account of 39.63 to my account. I thought I am through paying them by sending my last December 208 which is the last one. They said I owe three months on my payments. I had paid August and September payment by phone and they suppose to apply the payment to.

In July they suppose to credit me for the second payment on the book because they did not credit. I do not know what happens and I will not give them red cents. They had lost both of my payment coupons and did not apply my payments to my account. It just makes me mad and they had ripped me the entire time. What am I going to do?
